Meet Mrs. Gordon

So here's a little about myself.  I grew up in Oceanside, CA. I went to UCSC and got my BA in Environmental Studies and Sociology. I taught at San Diego's Outdoor Science School before getting my teaching credential and Master's Degree from Cal State Hayward (now East Bay)

I have taught almost all elementary grades as well as adult ESL.  I have one son who goes to OCC . My husband also works for the district in the IT Dept.  I moved to Costa Mesa in 1993 and love living in this great community.  If you see me around town be sure to say hi!  !

University of California at Santa Cruz

Our Adopted University: UCSC

Our classroom is representing the University of California Santa Cruz.  This is my undergraduate alma mater and its mascot is the Banana Slug.  I know, not the most exciting mascot but it's pretty cute regardless of its sliminess! College day at Davis is every Tuesday.  The importance of going to college will be a theme throughout the year!
